The Experience
You and your partner are one-of-a-kind. That’s why we’ll create a completely unique proposal that meets your specific expectations and needs and fulfills your vision.
I. Consultation
We want to get to know you better and determine whether we fit your vision, vibe, and values. This starts with a questionnaire and a consultation at a time you choose. Once we’ve established that we’re the right fit for each other, we’ll move forward by creating a proposal tailor-made just for you.
Once your proposal is complete, we’ll follow up to make sure every aspect of it feels just right to you and make any necessary changes. With your approval of your proposal, we’ll mutually sign a contract, collect a deposit, and reserve your date. After that, our team gets to work preparing for your wedding day.
II. Getting Ready
When you work with us, our team seamlessly becomes a part of yours. We work alongside your wedding planner to find unique ways to serve you better.
We take every aspect of your wedding day into consideration when planning our approach to your images, factoring in elements like time, weather, location, and more.
III. The results
After your celebration wraps up, we get to work on finalizing your images. We’ll deliver a small sneak peek folder of images via a digital download within 2-3 days of your wedding day — but there’s much more to come after that.
Our turnaround time for a final gallery is between 6-8 weeks. Once you receive your digital gallery, you’ll also have the option to select any prints or albums you want.
Questions & Answers
Absolutely! All three members of our team are able to travel for weddings and do so frequently. Travel logistics are factored in when creating your custom proposal, so you’ll know exactly what to expect when booking a member of our team for a destination wedding.
Would You Shoot a Destination Wedding?
Since we offer custom collections, we can absolutely include an engagement session in your custom proposal. During our discovery call with you, we’ll get a sense of your vision and let you know our current availability.
Do You Shoot Engagement Photos?
To officially book a member of our team for your wedding day, we’ll first need to sign a contract and confirm your initial deposit.
How Do We Reserve a Specific Date?
We strive to edit with precision and excellence while maintaining prompt turnaround times. Wedding galleries average 6 to 8 weeks, and sessions 2-3 weeks.
What are your turnaround times?
We believe that a photojournalistic approach requires careful planning and breathing room. To make that happen, we work closely with your planner to build a timeline that allows time for those organically emotional moments to take place. On the day itself, we're actively chasing the story and gently directing to enhance it.
What is your approach in capturing the wedding story?
Our quotes are fully custom, based on your unique needs. That being said, weddings start at $4,500 and sessions start at $425. Contact us for a custom proposal.
